Quality vegetables from our farm to your table
Jefferson County, Tennessee was founded June 11, 1792 and named after President and Founding Father Thomas Jefferson. We know that food grown on healthy land with healthy farming is healthy food. We act as stewards of this land, caring for its health to support yours.
Our family grows the food we eat and we want to share it with you. We are proud to grow the food that feeds your families. Thank you for supporting this tradition.
inspire Farm and the lands surrounding the farm are a part of the old Clyde Rainwater farm which was approximately 220 acres of rolling hill pastures. Mr. Rainwater was a local icon in the area working as the Newport, Tennessee A&P grocery store manager and coaching boys basketball at aaaaaa high school. Upon Mr. Rainwater’s passing, our part of the Rainwater farm was willed to Mr. Rainwater’s son Scott McClure and thereafter willed to Mr. McClure’s children who then sold to us. We’re thankful and honored to be a part of this Appalachian tradition
Small local farms are our future. Why should your food be trucked hundreds or thousands of miles?
